In DW for some reason I can not get my cav window to open like it did before, and up top of the screen in the menu I don't have the custom avatar any longer.how can I get to working again?

When I make my av it's all white and I don't have the option to change the outfit colors, and how and where to save them? what folder

I hate to ask for help but I am lost to Deltaworlds, I want to learn how to make av outfits on DW all I am able to use is the ones that was provided when I downloaded the platform can anyone please point me into the right direction? or is it just for paying members?
