This sometimes happens depending on what you select, the best bet is to start slow, and save frequently. For some reason Windows 10/11 can behave oddly with CAVs, this will be mainly fixed in version 6.7

Your account settings have also been updated, you can now select Custom World Avatar in any world, any change your appearance, chance colors, choose clothes, color those clothes and other items with the T-Shirt button, once you have selected Custom World Avatar

Custom cav clothing is hosted on a object path, a webserver url, custom clothing for cavs is not currently available to the public, it will be something we add in soon, if there is something in particular you want for your CAV, please let me know.
